The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional telephone number, the format you are interested in, an optional time of day, and a message. A tick box records that you agree we may use those details to reply. A hidden timing field and an unused “website” field exist only to reduce automated spam. We do not ask for identity numbers, payment details or medical scans through the form.

We use the details to answer your enquiry, to suggest two or three open slots, and to arrange an assessment if a place exists. We do not use the message to build a marketing list, and we do not pass the form to an advertising tool. If you later join the studio, we will ask again for the details we need to run your sessions; that conversation is separate from this website form.

The website does not save form submissions on the server and does not write them to a database. The details exist so we can reply. Correspondence that continues by email or telephone is kept only as long as we need it to finish that conversation, and in any case for no longer than 12 months after the last message. After that we delete it. We do not keep a copy of a submitted form on this host.

Only the people who run Strongstartdaily and reply to enquiries can see what you send. We do not sell the list and we do not hand it to a partner for their own use. If we use an email inbox to reply, that inbox is limited to studio staff. Hosting for this site is described at the end of this page.

You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, write to [email protected] from the address you used on the form. We will confirm when the note has been removed. You may also decline the cookie banner; that choice is explained on the cookie notice.

This site runs on shared hosting infrastructure located in Singapore. The host stores the public files that make up the website. It does not receive a saved copy of your enquiry from this form, because the form is not written to disk here.
